Advisory Council for “Law and Economic Transformation”

At its meeting on 16 November 2020, the IRZ Board of Trustees resolved to appoint an Advisory Council for “Law and Economic Transformation” in accordance with § 32 sentence 1 of the Statues.  The aim of the Advisory Council will be to strengthen the role of IRZ in the long term to a social market economy in the current transformation processes, and to attract new members from associations and business to IRZ.

The Advisory Council, which also includes external expertise, will advise IRZ on its role in current transformation processes in foreign countries, and focus on supporting reform projects for a social market economy and all the economic aspects relating to a strengthening of legal centres, in particular with respect to project selection and design. It will submit proposals to realise and implement the promotion of the social market economy.
