Regional conference on “Constitutional court protection in criminal law” held in Serbia

From 20 to 22 July, a regional conference organised jointly by the Constitutional Court of Serbia and the IRZ on “Constitutional court protection in criminal law” was held in Zlatibor, Serbia. Representatives from constitutional courts in five south-east European states took part in the conference.

The President of the Constitutional Court of Serbia, Vesna Ilić Prelić, welcomed the presidents of the constitutional courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mirsad Čeman, and Montenegro, Dr. Dragoljub Drašković, as well as judges from the constitutional courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia and Montenegro and from the host constitutional court.
