The President of IRZ, Parliamentary State Secretary to the Federal Minister of Justice and Consumer Protection and Member of the German Parliament, Anette Kramme, was in the Albanian capital Tirana last week for talks.

Against the backdrop of all the negotiation chapters that have now been opened, Ms Kramme discussed the status of Albania's accession efforts in the justice sector with, among others, Minister of Justice Besfort Lamallari, the Deputy Chair of the Albanian Parliament's Legal Affairs Committee and the President of the Supreme Court, as well as representatives of the Special Prosecutor's Office for Combating Corruption. Ms Holta Zaçaj, President of the Albanian Constitutional Court, described the cooperation with the IRZ, which includes both constitutional judges and academic staff, as excellent.
